Our
group outplacement programs use workshop
and seminar formats to cover critical
elements of planning, preparation, and
campaign implementation. Work sessions
are held on-site and/or at our offices.
One-on-one sessions typically follow
work done in groups. These meetings
permit individual tailoring of plans
and focus on drafting marketing materials,
determining specific milestone-based
objectives, and development of personal
communication strategies. Ongoing individual
coaching using the phone and Internet
is a key part of the program.
